Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Goddess Intentions.  Please read the refund policy before purchasing your Goddess Intentions pieces.

We accept exchanges and store credit only.  Goddess Intentions does not offer refunds.

All items bought using a promotional code will be final sale.  No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted for promotional items.

 

Return Policy

Goddess Intentions will exchange any Non-promotional items within 3 days of purchase. Customers must pay for shipping to ship and receive exchanged items. If you receive the product, and it was damaged during shipping, you have 24 hours of delivery confirmation to submit an email to goddessintentions13@gmail.com.

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges 

Goddess Intentions will accept exchanges 3 days after purchase was received.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  All exchanges must be returned in original packaging, with all original inserts, before the exchange is issued.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at goddessintentions13@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. 

 

Refunds 

Goddess Intentions does not issue refunds.  All sales are eligible for an exchange for a different product or store credit within 3 days of purchase being received by the customer.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
